Developing human potential
My belief is that the more an organisation can develop the human potential of its people, the more successful it will become.
My work focuses on four main areas:
- Higher purpose visions and strategies
- Leadership
- Self empowerment and Emotional Intelligence
- Building effective relationships, especially within teams
I work as a mentor and coach to senior people, and facilitate workshops and courses on these topics. I run a five day Leadership course - The New Leader - which is based around acquiring emotional intelligence, and the issues that surround power and control for those in positions of responsibility.
