The Five Steps to change

  1. Be clear about what it is that you want, and the qualities you would like to develop in yourself. Set your intent. Appreciate your strengths, focus on your passions and your dreams. What you think about, you'll bring about.
  2. Be aware of the self-limiting patterns you have that block the pathway between you and the Universe. These will undermine your efforts. They're just old learned beliefs, attitudes and behaviours, not part of the real you. Keep clearing that pathway!
  3. Keep thinking positively. Think about what you want. Visualise it. Write it down. Rehearse it over and over again. Believe it!
  4. Stop trying to control everything, stay detached.The harder you try to make things happen, the less effective you'll be. Stay detached from your goals, and let the Universe do the work.Put your intention to the future and your attention to the present.
  5. Be grateful for what you have, count your blessings. Help others be successful, and try not to judge or criticise. Love and give selflessly, and be grateful for what you already have.
